Hello everyone and welcome to the website of Julia’s Journey.  This webstie was created to keep everyone infomed on what is happening and also to show with the help of the community and friends and family what Julia’s Journey is accomplishing.  This wouldn’t be possible with the help of everyone so THANK YOU all from the bottom of our heart.

The last event we held in honour of our ‘froggy princess’ was the 3rd Annual Julia’s Journey Golf Tournamnet.  Holy Name Catholic School each year supports this event.  With the help of the Holy Name Community and our extended friends and family the even was able to raise a amazing $4210.00 which went to the Children’s Wish Foundation.  This organization is special to us because it enabled us to go to Disney World as a family 2 months before we lost our princess.  The organization allowed us to bring along a nurse to help make sure Julia was always feeling the best she could. The Children’s Wish Organization also has granted wishes to many of our friends that we have met at McMaster Children’s hospital.  The have granted many wishes including a horse, meeting Taylor Swift, cruises and a playground in one’s backyard.  It truly is an amazing organization and I can’t say enough about it.

We currently are not planning any other events for this year, however please check back in the new year as we will planning our 3rd Annual Julia’s Journey Run/Walk.
